1st Release – Single Malt Whisky

Introducing Just B Distillery’s inaugural release of Tasmanian single malt, single port cask whisky. Aged to perfection in a 50-liter Port barrel, limited to just 120 bottles, this release showcases the craftsmanship and dedication that went into its creation. With a robust and rich flavour profile, this whisky is bottled at a 53.1% ABV, ensuring a distinctive and memorable drinking experience.

Our 2nd Whisky Release – Seppeltsfield Port Cask Discover the smooth richness of our 2nd whisky release, aged in Seppeltsfield Port Casks and bottled at 48% ABV. This limited-edition whisky offers bold, complex flavours that are perfect for sipping and sharing.

There is no escaping the bright flavours packed into this well-balanced regional gin. The perfect combination of refreshing lemon myrtle, tangy lemon zest and vibrant fresh orange create a bold, citrus tipple with a hint of summer holiday. Sloe-Mulberry

A wonderful Tasmanian twist on the famous British liqueur. made with Just B gin, sloes and hand-picked mulberries. A traditional London Dry gin enables the earthy-rich plum flavour and colour of the sloes to develop and release delicious almond notes. The mingled mulberries add a complex, well-balanced sweet and tarte flavour. Enjoy neat, on ice, or as a warming hot toddy. Also great with sparkling wine.
