- 45ml Sloe & Mulberry gin
- 22.5ml Grapefruit and Lavender Aperitivo
- 22.5ml lime juice
- 15ml honey syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Ice
Garnish – lime and berries
HOW TO
- In cocktail shaker add all ingredients
- Shake vigorously, until cocktail is well chilled
- Fine strain into a chilled glass
- Garnish with lime and berries
- Sit back and enjoy!

SMOKED SAGE & PEPPER-ROSE

- 15ml ruby grapefruit juice
- 2 dried sage leaves
- 60ml Pepper-Rose gin
- 22.5ml lemon juice
- 15ml simple syrup
- 15ml aquafaba
- Ice
Garnish – fresh or dried sage leaf
HOW TO
- Prepare glass by smoking it with sage (check out Felicity’s ausbotanical reel). A little tip, smoke your glass for approx. 10 seconds if you are new to smoking with sage. Try 20 seconds if you love the bold smoke flavour
- In a cocktail shaker add grapefruit juice and sage and muddle
- Add gin, lemon juice, syrup, aquafaba and ice
- Give a good vigorous shake – for about 19 seconds
- Strain cocktail into glass
- Garnish with sage leaf
- Sit back and enjoy!

PEP-UP

- 60ml Pepper-Rose gin
- 22.5ml fresh squeezed lime juice
- 15ml simple syrup
- 1-2 dashes rose water
- Prosecco or sparkling white wine to top off cocktail
- Ice
Garnish – lime peel twist
HOW TO
- Sugar rim half of your rocks glass and place large ice cube (or try or Just B ice shape) into glass and set aside
- In cocktail shaker add ice, gin, lime, syrup and rose water
- Shake vigorously, until cocktail is well chilled
- Strained into prepared rocks glass and top up with Prosecco or sparkling white wine
- Garnish with lime twist
- Sit back and enjoy!


ROSE GROVE

- 50ml Pepper-Rose Gin
- 20ml Cinzano extra dry
- 25ml lemon juice
- 20ml sugar syrup
- 4 red grapes
- Egg white
Garnish – red grape and dried rose petals
HOW TO
- Add ice, Pepper-Rose gin, Cinzano, juice, syrup and grapes, reverse dry shake
- Remove ice and grapes then add the egg white, shake again vigorously
- Pour into a chilled coupe or martini glass (we didn’t have a coupe so went with martini)
- Garnish with a red grape on the side of the glass and rose petals on the foam
PRETTY IN PINK

- 30ml Pepper-Rose gin
- 15ml Maggie Beer’s Raspberry & Pomegranate cordial (Hill St Grocer stock this in Tasmania)
- Chilled Fever Tree Pink Grapefruit Soda*
- Fresh pomegranate seeds
- Bushcraft Botanicals Wild Rosella cocktail rimming sugar
HOW TO
- We used champagne flutes and rimmed them with Wild Rosella sugar (fancy, but not necessary)
- Carefully add Pepper-Rose and Raspberry & Pomegranate cordial to glass
- Add a heaped teaspoon of fresh pomegranate seeds to glass
- Top glass with Pink Grapefruit Soda
- Say “cheers” and enjoy!
*Capi Pink Grapefruit soda has a stronger grapefruit taste and Naked Life Pink Grapefruit Soda has less sugar and is a great alternative
